The sports department has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. As well as offering indoor activities such as hockey, table-tennis and badminton, we also have improved our outdoor facilities with a state of the art all-weather football pitch and a new cricket area.
KD Grammar has made an impact by joining the local schools football league where our pupils face other local schools at a competitive level. The school is also pleased to say that we have very successful cricket teams in all years that play many friendly matches and league games in the Manchester Schools Cricket League.
We have also recently welcomed our new P.E. teacher to the school who is helping develop our pupils so that they excel in their physical activities. With all these improvements we look forward to the coming years where at KD Grammar we can progress with our sports development to increase our success. |
